I need to change albanian LEK to euro in Budva

Hi,

We're tourists, travelling on the route Belgrade (2 weeks) -> Zlatibor (1 week) -> Belgrade (1 week) -> Tirana (1 day) -> Saranda (1 month) -> Tirana (1 week) -> Podgorica (2 weeks) -> Budva (3 weeks).

We made a mistake by taking 14000 lek from Albania supposing that could possible to change them in Montenegro.

Apparently it's very difficult to do this.

Do you know any possibility to find a way to change that money to euro?
We're ready to do that with a very uncomfortable exchange rate: e.g. 14000 lek -> 60 euros.

Hi Dmitry,

Outside of the banks or a currency exchange (mjenjacina) I don't know where you would exchange your Albanian currency. You could try a Montenegro Facebook group to see if anyone would exchange with you.
