what's happen if we book a tour and later we had to cancel due to the ship changing time of arrival or departure, or other problems?

Hi Giuliano,

That really depends on the tour and tour operator. On websites like Viator you'll be able to see the cancellation policy under the tour information. For some tours it doesn't matter when you arrive and for others there's a pay on arrival policy and they will fill your spot if you don't make it. It really depends who you book with. If you have a tour in mind you can let me know which and I can try to find out for you.
